Volunteer Coordinator
In an effort to value our many volunteers and ensure that their needs are met in their service to our parish, the OLPH team is seeking a part-time volunteer coordinator. The ideal candidate will be able to identify the talents of our parishioners and facilitate a way in which they can apply their talents to the Building Up of the Body of Christ in our little corner of the world. This person will be responsible for matching volunteers with service opportunities within our parish, scheduling, facilitating training and managing safe environment compliance. Pastoral Care Coordinator
The OLPH team is on the lookout for a part-time team member to visit the sick and homebound, while also coordinating this ministry among other members. Other responsibilities would include: accompanying families through loss and assisting others to do the same; facilitating movement through the grief process in a small group; and coordinating with the clergy on member care. The ideal candidate will be prayerful, joyful, and spirit-filled, have good organization and communication skills, comfort in praying with others and a good listening heart. Maintenance Position Available
The OLPH team is seeking a part-time team member to handle custodian and minor maintenance duties. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual who can manage minor projects from start to finish, assess needs and make recommendations for major projects, manage the day to day conditions of the various buildings, church, and meeting rooms of the parish campus and work as part of a team in collaborating to provide a welcoming and safe environment for our parishioners and visitors.
