Our Lady of Perpetual Help School does not
discriminate on the basis of race, sex, creed, color, or religion.
Students for the pre-kindergarten program must be four years
of age by October 1 of the current school year. Children who
are registering for kindergarten must be five years of age
by October 1 of the current school year for admission to the
program. Transfer students must submit an official transcript
containing all standard records. All students must be properly
vaccinated according to state laws.
The procedure for registration is as
follows:
- Interested parents call the school
office (856-779-7526 ext. 225) to obtain registration forms and to arrange
a registration appointment with the registration staff
- Parents complete all registration
forms
- Parent(s) and child meet with
the principal, office manager and nurse on registration
day, bringing with them
- Completed registration packet
- Child' s birth certificate and
records of any Sacraments already received
- Child's immunization record
- Custody agreement of divorce document
(if applicable)
- Non-refundable registration fee
Children are admitted to the school
program on a first come, first served basis, depending
upon available space in the child's grade level.
Our monthly school newsletter is available
at the entrances of our church to help keep our parish
family informed of activities at Our Lady of Perpetual
Help School. Several Open Houses and Information Presentations
are scheduled each year to inform prospective students
and their families of our philosophy, policies and procedures.
Our school sign on Main Street displays current information
and announcements of school activities and enrollment
dates to the public.
