Renewing the Promise... Strengthening our Future
On October 2nd in Nolan Hall, OLPH PTA held a special open session. Those in attendance spent time brainstorming, collaborating and planning an extensive fundraising operation for the year. There is still much work to be done and we will need a wide variety of skill sets and experience. Thank you to all family, friends, and alumni of our school who attended. And thank you for all you do.

From The Principal's Desk
Dear OLPH Families,
Our school family is back to work after Christmas break. We hope you had a wonderful Christmas and are starting a blessed 2019.
On Thursday, January 10th we will have a general PTA meeting. All are invited to attend. Please plan to join us so everyone’s ideas are included.
The annual Coach Bag Bingo will be held on Saturday, January 26 in Nolan Hall. This promises to be a fun night for all and it supports our school.
We are also busy preparing for Catholic School’s week which runs from January 27 – February 2. Our week-long celebration will begin with our opening at the 10:30 AM mass on Sunday, January 27. Please join us as we kick off this special week. Open House will follow mass from 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM. You may also visit the school prior to mass starting at 9:30, or on Thursday evening, January 31, from 5:00 PM – 8:00PM. We welcome all current families to come and see the wonderful displays of your children’s work, and we encourage prospective families to come and explore all that OLPH has to offer you children.
As always, if you have any questions about our school please don’t hesitate to contact us. You may also request a personal tour if you are considering OLPH for your child. There is a link on the school website where you may schedule your tour. You may also call to schedule your visit.
Wishing you a healthy, happy new year! Thank you for all you do to support our school and the children. Please continue to keep them in our prayers.
God Bless,
Mrs. Cindy Smith, Principal

The Monitor is one of Bishop O'Connell's primary ways of preaching the Word of God, making it a very valuable tool for families to read together. Reading The Monitor allows families to stay current with what is going on around the diocese. Click above to read highlights of stories that are being covered.
