In addition, she has trained teachers in several New Jersey school
districts to be workshop leaders for the FANS (Families Achieving
New Standards in Math, Science and Technology) project which was

I believe that our mission as educators
is to prepare our students for a future we will not see, and
cannot predict. To me, that means that students will certainly
need the basic skills of reading, writing and math, but more
importantly, they will need to be able to think. They will need
to continue learning throughout their lives so that they can
adapt to the changes that will inevitably come. I value technology
as a tool in education only if it’s
applied in a way that truly engages students in their learning.
Even more importantly, I believe that the Christ-centered education
offered at our school prepares our students to meet the moral
and ethical challenges of today’s world. I believe that the values
learned here will truly prepare our students to make important,
positive contributions to their community and the world.
