Lady of Perpetual Help alumni, Megan, a senior Bio/Pre-Med major

Education major at Cabrini College in Radnor; and Matthew, a sophomore

I believe that my mission as an early
childhood educator is to provide children with a first learning
experience that is engaging and fun-filled. It is important to
me to create an environment in which children are excited about
and love the process of learning. I want them to feel secure
and self-confident enough to be imaginative, to express themselves,
and to show curiosity about the world around them. By nurturing
their creativity and social skills I can establish a strong educational
foundation that will help children succeed in elementary school
and beyond. Most importantly, I believe the Christ-centered education
offered at Our Lady of Perpetual Help School encourages even
the youngest of our students to begin and develop a relationship
with God. They become aware that God has made each one of them
special, and they sense His great love for them.
